Changes from GEN2 Circulator
- HEAVY DUTY FRONT CASTERS (4" dia rubber wheel -- ball bearings -- wheel alone can be easily replaced)
- ADDED GROUND CLEARANCE (added 3/4" from ground to outer face of bottom skin)
- REDUCED HEIGHT (overall height reduced by 3 1/4")
- RECESSED CONTROL PANELS (panels are "inset" into the unit to protect switches, levers, etc.)
- HANDLE ADDED (billet handle added to unit for easier maneuverability)
- NEW STAINLESS STEEL PUMP (increased flow rate 20% -- added 10 psi at pump exit)
- DUMP VALVE ADDED (allows for hot water from the car to be "dumped" out of the garden hose)
- SAME TANK CAPACITY AS G2 UNIT
- LOWER DIVERTER VALVE LOCATION (keeps better prime on the pump -- unit will operate with less water in tank)
- HEATER RE-LOCATED (probe is positioned in radiator circuit reducing heat time)
- FLOAT VALVE ADDED TO TANK (tank will maintain water level approximately 5 inches from top)
- FILTER ADDED TO THE EXIT OF THE UNIT (designed to "catch" small pebbles, chunks of silicone, etc. -- no flow loss)
- HEATER CONTROL VALVE ADDED (creates separate circuit for heater -- keeps tank available for ice / ambient water)
